Support is manual during the early public pilot. Include your browser, operating system, and the safe Support diagnostics text from the extension or Helper when relevant.

What to include

• What you expected to happen.
• What happened instead.
• Whether you were using the browser extension, Workspace Helper, or grpsignal bot alerts.
• Safe diagnostics copied from the app or extension.

What not to send

• Do not send Telegram passwords, API keys, license keys, bot tokens, or payment credentials.
• Do not send raw group message text unless support specifically asks and you choose to share it.
• Do not send full browser storage exports or raw DOM dumps.

Privacy reminder

grpsignal monitoring is local-first. Optional grpsignal bot alerts send matched alert text through the grpsignal relay and Telegram only after you connect the bot.
